Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Veros Cleaning Services L.L.C!

Acceptance of Terms

  • These terms and conditions represent a binding legal contract between Veros Cleaning Services L.L.C and client.
  • By using our website and availing our services, client agrees to abide by our terms and conditions, as updated from time to time.
  • These terms and conditions shall prevail over any other terms or conditions proposed by the client.

Working Hours

  • Are working hours are from 9:00am to 1:00pm and from 2:00pm to 6:00pm
    Monday to Saturday.

Bookings

  • All bookings must be initiated and completed online via our website.
  • A minimum of 2 cleaners will be made available per booking.
  • Persons under the age of 18 cannot use our services.
  • Veros Cleaning Services L.L.C reserves the right to decline to accept a booking for any reason.

Services

  • Our cleaning staff will only perform the services selected by the client at the time of booking.
  • The selected services will be performed at the specific service address, date and time as designated by the client.
  • The client undertakes to grant the cleaning staff full access to the designated premises for cleaning purposes.
  • Client is responsible for providing necessary cleaning tools and materials unless
    they have opted to utilize cleaning tools and materials provided by Veros Cleaning Services L.L.C for designated charges.

Payment Terms

  • By completing the booking, client agrees to pay the full price quoted at the time of booking.
  • We accept cash payments as well as online payments using Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards.
  • For cash payments, full payment of the due amount must be made on-site immediately upon the completion of the booked services.
  • For online payments, full payment of the due amount must be made upfront in AED at the time of service booking.
  • Charges may apply for credit card payments.

Cancelation and Refunds

  • Bookings may only be canceled 5 hours in advance and via the company’s website.
  • Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment only and will be completed within 10 to 30 days, depending on the issuing bank.
  • Refund charges may apply.
  • No refund claims will be entertained once the cleaning services have been carried out.

Liability

  • Veros Cleaning Services L.L.C shall not be liable under any circumstances for any loss, damages, delays, costs or compensation, which may be suffered or incurred by the client as a result of (1) the late arrival of the cleaning staff at the service address; (2) inability of the cleaning staff to complete the cleaning service due to lack of water or electricity; (3) interference by third parties; and (4) any existing damage to client’s property.

General Terms

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by the relevant laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Veros Cleaning Services L.L.C and client agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
  • Veros Cleaning Services L.L.C reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without any prior notice. Clients are advises to review these terms and conditions regularly before booking any services to stay informed about our current terms and requirements.
